Becky Hill has been confirmed as the first headliner for Hardwick Festival 2024, with tickets set to go on sale later this week.

The pop star will take to the County Durham stage as the festival celebrates its tenth anniversary in what is sure to be a spectacular show, with more acts set to be announced in the coming weeks. Set in the grounds of the award-winning Hardwick Hall Hotel, the epic festival will take place from Friday, August 16 until Sunday, August 18, with Becky performing on the main stage on the Friday.

More than 30,000 people attended this year's Hardwick Festival, where they were treated to performances from the likes of Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, Mel C and The Kooks. Tickets for the 2024 festival go on sale on Friday, December 1 at 9am, and will be available to buy outright or via a payment plan from the Hardwick Festival website - anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 25.

The festival grounds will be home to a fairground, children's areas, food stalls, bars, a Boogie Wonderland and a Treehouse Arena alongside the main stage. A limited number of glamping tickets will also be available for festival-goers to enjoy the weekend in style, with Hardwick home to a glamping site as well as a camping and caravans site - more information on booking these spots can also be found on the festival's website.

Last month, two-time Brit Award winner Becky announced her biggest headline shows to date, which includes include a stop-off at the Utilita Arena in Newcastle on October 13 next year. At the time of writing, a limited number of tickets are still available for the show on Ticketmaster and Live Nation with prices starting from £42.50.

Since bursting onto the music scene 11 years on The Voice UK, Becky's festival CV already includes likes of Glastonbury, Reading & Leeds, Radio 1's Big Weekend and Parklife. Back in 2021 she wowed Newcastle fans at an outdoor gig in Times Square, following on from a socially-distanced sell-out show at the city arena the previous September.

Announcing her appearance at Hardwick Festival alongside a string of other summer dates around the UK, Becky wrote on Instagram: "The support for my 2024 arena tour has been insane, but I've had a lot of DMs saying that you've missed out on tickets in your area. SO... here are all my outdoor summer dates for the UK."

Keen fans can sign up for early access to tickets by sharing their details on the star's website by 5pm on Tuesday, November 28. The presale goes live at 9am on Wednesday, November 29 ahead of Friday's general sale, with links sent out by 6pm on Tuesday - remember, pre-sale access doesn't guarantee tickets.
