It has been a whole five years since Revolucion de Cuba - affectionately known as the best fiesta in town -landed in Newcastle, and the bar is marking the occasion by celebrating in true Cuban style.

To kick off its three-day-long anniversary shindig, on Friday, June 30 the bar is inviting guests to come eat, drink and 'move-it move-it', at the launch of its brand new all-inclusive Fiesta Fridays.

Revolucion de Cuba has taken its best-ever bottomless brunch and introduced it to fiesta, giving guests the ultimate combination of unlimited boozy cocktails, delicious food and live Latin music for a full two hours on a Friday evening.

Guests can step off the Cloth Market into colourful, sunny Cuba, fix their fedora, grab a castanet and enjoy a well-deserved vacation, without ever leaving Newcastle.

As the sun sets, DJ LKP and the resident saxophonist will be taking over La Cantina on the ground floor. The Havana Clubroom will host Fiesta Latina like you’ve never seen it before, as DJ Yersin is turning up the heat with the freshest Latin beats and free dance lessons, so guests should get ready to salsa the night away.

There’s even a bottomless brunch in the sun at noon on the Saturday on the terrace. The talented Ibiza Soul and Alexito and the Loco Machine take centre stage throughout the day, followed by DJ Coconut and DJ Sakis.

The restaurant then transforms into a mesmerising bonanza with confetti cannons, fire breathers, samba dancers, sparkler shows, and more.

There’s also the chance to earn a free shot of Strawberry Margarita from the shot limbo stick that makes it way around, giving those who think they’re limber enough to limbo the chance to impress their pals.

It's set to be a weekend to remember, culminating on Sunday, July 2 with live music, 50% off all food, and two for £10 cocktails all day.
