Charlotte Crosby has wowed fans after landing a major singing job that will see her voice played on TV and radio throughout the Christmas period.

The former Geordie Shore star first teased her new gig with a clip on Instagram, revealing that she was recording a festive jingle for streaming service Paramount+. "All my life I've been called talentless, tasteless and tone deaf - and honestly, I started to believe that it was true," Charlotte admitted in the clip.

Alongside footage of her putting on headphones and standing in front of a microphone, she went on: "But today, I'm doing something that really excites us. All of my dreams are about to come true!"

33-year-old Charlotte later shared a second video as she got ready for her day in the recording studio, admitting that she was "freaking out" at the prospect of working with Paramount+ as she got her makeup done and had some singing lessons from her vocal coach. When the time came to record the jingle, Charlotte confessed that she was "dead nervous" - but she smashed it, judging by the final result she posted on Instagram on Wednesday evening.

After first getting a glimpse of Charlotte's singing talents during her surprise appearance on The Masked Singer Australia, fans were blown away by the Sunderland-born star's talents. "I can't stop singing this, you sound unreal," one person raved in the comments section.

Someone else added: "Your voice is just wow! This is just brilliant, it's stuck in my head already."

And a third fan insisted: "You need to record an album sharpish."

Earlier this month, Charlotte revealed that she would love to have more children with her new fiancé Jake Ankers before the pair get married. They are still celebrating after Jake got down on one knee at the start of November, with the proposal taking place in a stunning rooftop bar in Dubai filled with roses and candles in what Charlotte described as the "best night ever".

The happy couple have been together for two years and share daughter Alba Jean, who celebrated her first birthday in October. But despite being newly engaged, the mam-of-one is in no rush to tie the knot and is keen to add to her and Jake's brood before wedding preparations get under way.

Opening up about her future baby plans, Charlotte told The Mirror: "Yes, I'd like to have another one before I get married, definitely." Fans can also get a glimpse into her life in the second series of Charlotte in Sunderland, which began on November 8 on BBC Three
