Marks and Spencer shoppers say 'the cosiest' £45 winter dress earns 'a lot of compliments'

Marks & Spencer shoppers have been raving over a "gorgeous" winter wardrobe staple that has been hailed as a snug and stylish must-have for the season.

The Cable Knit Crew Neck Midi Knitted Dress has become one of the recent bestsellers at the high street retailer as the weather turns increasingly chilly. Priced at £45, the dress is available in either cream or oatmeal in sizes extra small to extra large with an all-over cable knit design for timeless winter style that will keep you warm and cosy to boot.

The dress has earned an overall rating of 4.8 out of five stars from M&S shoppers so far, with the majority awarding it top marks for factors such as quality, comfort and style. One reviewer described it as "the cosiest dress", adding: "Perfect fit and can wear with or without a belt."

Another shopper raved: "Absolutely love this dress, it's so classy and picks up a lot of compliments. Lovely and warm."

And a third fan of the dress said: "This dress is perfect, it's a great length, very comfortable and true to size. It's smart with flats or heels. I love it."

Others described it as "gorgeous", "terrific" and "on point for winter". However, a couple of shoppers remarked that they had some problems finding the right size, with one person complaining that a "small was too clingy and a medium was too big".
