Amazon shoppers have gone wild for a £6 foundation many have described as "flawless". The L'Oreal Paris True Match Liquid Foundation is infused with "skin-friendly" ingredients and promises to provide 24-hour hydration to your skin.

The foundation costs £5.99 on Amazon and is available in 40 different shades to pick from for your skin tone. A description of the foundation reads: "Provides perfect, natural and true-to-skin coverage. Foundation enhances your natural glow whilst allowing your skin to breathe with a non-comedogenic formula suitable for sensitive skin. Provides 24h hydration and gives natural, bare-to-skin coverage."

The product can be applied with fingers, makeup brushes or sponges and "seamlessly blends into skin to give a natural finish". The formula is also made with vitamin E and aloe vera extract.

Shoppers have been delighted with the product and have given it a rating of 4.5 out of five stars based on more than 32,000 reviews. Rose wrote: "I love the fact this foundation is fragrance-free, it's easy to blend and it feels pleasant to apply. It looks natural and blends well with the skin. I'd say it's more of a medium-coverage foundation rather than a full coverage one."

Alina commented: "I have combination skin that has started to age and I used to use a bb cream with loose powder on top before, which used to give me less coverage and looked not that great on my pores, but this - flawless. Coverage is smooth and perfect, I don't need a powder on top now."

Grace added: "Used this foundation for years would never use anything else. Amazing product and super easy to blend, beautiful finish!" Gem said: "This foundation goes on like a dream, thin and blends beautifully but dries down not cakey or fake looking just your skin but better. Like a real life filter!!!"

Some customers weren't as satisfied however, and had issues with the texture of the foundation. Emma wrote in her one star review: "Product very thin and watery, it definitely shouldn't be like this." Ana said: "I've been shaking this thing as much as I could but it's still watery, it feels like really cheap no-name foundation. Easy to spread, yes, but looks horrible."
